           Desa Talibeng yang merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Sidemen, yang terletak ± 2,7 Km dari Ibu kota Kecamatan. Desa Talibeng memiliki batas – batas sebagai berikut  :

Sebelah Utara            :     Sungai Lutung/ Desa Tri Eka Buana

Sebelah Timur            :     Bukit Catu/ Desa Besan Kecamatan Dawan

Sebelah Selatan         :     Sungai Yeh Spah/ Desa Lokasari

Sebelah Barat             :     Tukad Unda/ Desa Wismakerta

 

           Desa Talibeng memiliki luas wilayah ± 417 Ha, yang  terdiri dari 2 Desa Adat dan 8 Banjar Dinas
